Our company philosophies from the beginning have been that (1) “bigger
is not necessarily better” and (2) “make the most out of each project you do”.
The owner of Faithco is directly involved in each and every job. Your project
will not be passed off to a hired project manager.
We hold a valid B-1 State Contractors License.
We also hold specialty licenses in Electrical (C10), Plumbing (C36) and HVAC (C20).
Since the electrical, plumbing and HVAC work is often times a major portion of any particular project, direct "in-house"
control over these phases of work, utilizing Faithco employees instead of subcontractors, leads to better overall project
coordination and quality control. Direct cost savings to the client can often be realized by eliminating general contractor
mark-up on major trades. Our team of craftsmen and subcontractors are some of the best in the industry.
Design Input
Contractors historically are not involved in this phase of a project. This can be a costly
mistake. By combining knowledge of the latest construction methods and materials along with cost information, we can provide
our clients with maximum quality at the most economical cost. Our knowledge of the entire
construction process allows us to provide "value engineering" so that our clients receive the highest level of quality and
functionality for a given construction budget. Faithco can provide complete Architectural Design services from preliminary
/ schematic design to full working drawings. We can also provide complete Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing engineered drawings and calculations required
for city approval. Coordination with all Building Departments and Public Utilities is included to minimize conflicts during
construction. All drawings are provided in Auto Cad format.
Pre - Construction
An accurate construction budget in the early stages of a project is critical to its eventual completion. Faithco can
provide a detailed preliminary cost estimate for each project. This allows the client to make confident, informed decisions
regarding all other aspects of the development.
Bidding
Accurate
cost estimates are prepared utilizing quality local subcontractors and suppliers. The most important aspect, however, in evaluating
bids is to know what items are included. To this end, Faithco always provides a complete detailed Scope of Work along with
each bid. The project scope is broken down by trade and each item of work within that trade is listed separately. Also included
is a list of Clarifications and Exclusions outlining any questions or concerns that were noticed during bidding. To accurately
compare two contractor's bids, you must know what each bid includes. Faithco's Scope of Work can be used as a basis to evaluate other bids for
completeness.
Construction
A fair, competitive cost
estimate is worth little if it is not followed by quality, timely construction performance. Construction duration translates
directly into real dollars for the customer. Faithco utilizes experienced project supervision, detailed construction scheduling
and weekly coordination meetings. The use of experienced, quality subcontractors and craftsmen further insures the completion
of a quality project in the shortest amount of time.
Conclusion
Faithco offers its clients a
quality product at a fair price. We may not always be the lowest bid, but you can feel confident that we will stand behind
our work. We not only have to answer to our clients when the job is completed, but to God and ourselves as well - we truly
believe that you will "reap what you sow".
